Maya H

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Maya recently graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a double major in Human and Organizational Development and Medicine, Health and Society. She has many experiences in the wilderness as well as experience working with youth, both in and out of the classroom. She’s very excited to bring her two passions together. In her free time, Maya enjoys running, trying new foods (her favorite is Thai), doing hot yoga, and playing pickle ball. She is ecstatic to be sharing her love for the world with others this summer! Maya has been trained as a wilderness first responder and is CPR certified.
