Rachel is Irish born and bred but feels at home wherever she lands. She grew up in a small town called Sligo (Pronounced Sly-go) on the west coast of Ireland’s ‘Wild Atlantic Way’.  She studied Sociology and Film studies at University College Dublin where she began rock-climbing, hiking and kayaking and discovered her love for adventure. She soon followed this passion and began her career as an outdoor adventure facilitator. Working across the globe for the past 10 years with students from all over the world, she has joined her groups in helping to reforest the jungles of Borneo, Summit Africa’s highest peak Mt. Kilimanjaro, Via Feratta over the Swiss Alps, She has dived, rafted and kayaked the ever changing waters of Asia as well as offering helping hands on countless local projects and immersive cultural experiences. She has worked with young people and adults across the globe helping them to become the most authentic and accepting version of themselves and it has become her passion. She is unapologetic in her energy. Rachel has been trained as a wilderness first responder and lifeguard.
